Well yeah, the data shows that the disadvantage does start by the young age of 30. But that doesn't mean that women in their 30s should be categorized as "older women," that's exactly the idea I'm trying to combat. Women in their 30s are often wrongly considered "older women," whereas men in their 30s are not considered "older men."
