If you watch the interview I linked to, you'll see that they do explicitly legitimize some incel ideas. While I don't have any admiration for Peterson whatsoever, I don't categorically dislike Joe Rogan. For what I've seen, his show is a mixed bag. Sometimes he spreads great ideas, sometimes harmful ones. I like how he goes much deeper in his interviews than any other show does.
